Default Re: Need a value for a 68 Z/28.

Has it been restored or is it original / semi original?
If it was restored years ago... to what standard was it restored?

If it is an older restoration... talking the mid 80's or so then there may have been alot of NOS stuff used during the resto... which would still be extremely nice (although it could be dirty or just had the wrong finish put on it during the resto.) and expensive/hard to come by now.
IMHO cars restored to a high standard using correct NOS or orginal parts with correct finishes ie Laquer paint in the early - mid 80's but showing some minor wear are probably a very good buy... because to replicate the resto currently with correct parts would be cost prohibitive (if you could even find the parts at all.)
