Someone responded saying it was their grandfather's car.
Here's his response.

This car was my Grandfather's. My dad just told me that my grandpa and great uncle turned a house into a multi-unit apartment building and decided to block the car in there under the porch and built a block wall around it. They did not want the car anymore and thought it would be interesting when someone found it one day. It was the summer of 1972.

Found this today, the chrome on the uppper part of the doors was in excellent shape. There wasn't much left of the car.
