Sign of the times.... yes, but also priced low due to extenuating circumstances. Not long ago this would have brought some pretty good dollars... Oh well, that's the way the cookie crumbles. FYI, I finally started to tally up my actual expenditures on this project (bear in mind that I did quite a bit of work on it myself as well as paying for services) and I stopped counting when my expenses exceeded $101K. Ouch!
Status update: While out of town I negotiated a deal on this fine ride with a gentleman from Indiana. He's flying in on Saturday to consumate the transaction so it's pretty much sold at this point in time. I'll let y'all know if something changes but I doubt it will. Once again, thanks for all the calls and emails (got more today, but too late for them) and let's see what the next "Fire Sale" items brings to the table for you guys.... Charlie
