Default real COPO need help?

I found a green on green COPO 4 speed for sale but I need to know if its real it has no paper work and the owner died, the wife has a pic of the car back in 1971, and it shows no fender emblem.the cowl reads, ST 69 12437, NOR 292731BDY, TR723, 57-57PNT O5A X44. Engine pad reads, TO425MN, AND A 512 BLOCK, I CAN SEE THE BROCH MARKS STILL, all the normal COPO stuff is still there, any help would be very helpful, thank u. [email protected] the car is in Akron ohio.

Is the car restored? Did the owner have a few cars and a couple that still needed to be done?? Did he just pass within the last year? If so the COPO belonged to Alan Colvin (the chevy by the numbers guy) at one time and he has said it is the real deal.

The numbers look to fall in the middle of a range of COPOs so it could be. Did you check for the partial VIN on the engine? That should help clinch it.
