Hey Alex,
The 3963512 in my car is dated D219, just about a month before yours. Yes, it is valuable as these date coded 427s were installed in the 69 COPO Camaros and Chevelles and also by the dealers that swapped them in place of the original engines. Also many original engines were blown up and replaced with a CE block under warranty. Being a CE replacement block should not lessen the value. If it had the original VIN numbers stamped on it, the value would significantly increase if you could find the person who owned the matching car, if it the car hadn'y already been crushed. 1969 date coded 427 blocks are always in demand. As mentioned above, you probably have already received a few private messages asking about a possible sale! Good luck. Jim |

No not one yet, but if you guys want I will try to take a pic of the 7 again if need, it looks original to me, and today I also noticed that on the bottom by each cyclinder hole on the oil pan rails it is stamped 7 on most of the holes except the to back I think are stamped number 6???????????? I can do some pics of that to if wanted.....

Hi, The numbers on the pan rail are the cylinder sizes in relation to the piston size, the original fitted pistons had the same # stamped on them as the pan rail.
