Five gallons should work. The key is to get a little sump pump that draws from the bottom so it doesnt need a deep supply of the liquid at all times. Then route the spray house to a garden spray head and just let it run for a day or two, moving the spray head in various positions every few hours to cover the whole block. I got all my supplies from home depot for about $70 altogether.
