Mondello head porting and polishing certificate

I won this at an Olds meet and won't be able to use it. Asking price is $1500 until Nov 1 when it goes on ebay. It applies to any US made 2 valve heads not just Oldsmobile. As you can see on the certificate(see attachment) it includes full porting and polishing and a 5 angle racing valve job. It's valued at $3000.

Joe is a legend in this field and runs a head porting technical school. He has done heads on many of the top racers dating back to Don Garlits on the original Swamp Rat and many others since. Very nice guy to work with, not affiliated with the company he sold that is still using his name (Oldsmobile racing parts).
