That car was called Russo's Rat , a friend of mine owned it in the early 80's and it had a 327/4spd at that time . I have a couple of pictures of it somewhere , I'll try and find and post them .

There's a short snippet about it on this web page when it took the No.1 spot in Street Eliminator in August 1974.
