This is an early Lakewood bar - ![]() - [image] [/ QUOTE ] I never saw a real Lakewood bar that didn'd attach to the bottom of the spring, replacing the original shock plate/spring retainer, not clamped to the spring. The bar in this picture looks to be a late model cheapie wanna be traction bar..... maybe a Blackjack or the like.
