He asked if the parts were in a GM box, and I said they are - the current dark blue and white boxes, not the old lighter blue box with black and white. He said "well..did you ask for a black box?" with a sarcastic tone. In fact, I did - I specifically asked if these were original GM NOS parts in the old (original) blue, white and black boxes. He said they were, and that's now what I received. Further, if it was an honest mistake why not take them back and offer a full refund? 30% of what he charged me is full retail for two caps from any GM dealer.
