Cool car but the price a faint hope... ???.

And the guy should state 2 'known' existing, not simply 2 existing..

I wonder if anyone up here won one of these from the Canadian division of Tom McCan shoes?.

Whatever the guy reaches, it may be worth trying to run the before and after sequential Vins through PHS looking for more?.

Lastly, is it truly clear where/when the Hood Tach was installed...could these jackpot cars be the first ever factory installed units?.

I believe factory hood tach installations started in Feb/Mar '67. This car is way to early...but it does look like the correct 1st style tall version tach.

Why does Pontiac call the color Coronado Gold ( Tiger Gold ) and the GTO assoction Signet Gold ???

Signet Gold was an available color in 1967 paint code 'G'.Tiger Gold was an extra cost special paint. The colors are close, but Tiger Gold has a lighter green tone. Coronado Gold was a standard production color paint code 'O' on Firebird models only in 1967. Different name but same color.

It's back, and at the firesale price of $550K marked down from $850K. I guess the Thom McCann thing just doesn't do it for me . . . I wore Red Ball Jets! (run faster, jump higher!)

For a half-million, you'd think they'd put pads on the hoist arms .............

Don't know much about 67 GTO's, but it looks like the weatherstripping on the jamb side of the quarter window is on wrong.
