Im assuming that blue and red became "high production" colors because an additional 10 of each were ordered in the second batch of cars, whereas silver, beige, and forest green were replaced by the 3 newly available colors?

Yep, Marlin has forgot more about Deuces than most anyone else has ever learned. Oh and he also holds the title of "second fastest Deuce" at every SCR.
![]() I have a feeling 2008 is gonna be his year though! ![]()

A local guy had a CS Duece but it was crashed, rolled and is now long gone. He is from the Jerseyville, IL area.

[/ QUOTE ] Correct, CRed and FBlue were the only colors in both batches of cars. For the record, my deuce is the #1 fastest pure stock deuce - technically speaking of course! ![]() ![]() Parts of the Jerseyville Deuce still live on! The guy who rolled it was not the original owner, but we found the original owner and he had an amazing stash of original parts in his attic. Those parts were purchased and installed on another deuce that is original paint, original drivetrain, full paperwork.... and is a two owner car that gets raced at SCR's! BTW, Trivia question: This Jerseyville Deuce was specifically ordered with the hood scoop option when the original owner was checking off options from the brochure - however, Londoff didn't have a Silver deuce, what dealer did they transfer one in from, and did it have the scoop?
