Great photos.

Believe it or not, but that picture was taken from in front of my neighbour's place.

That building is now occupied by a company that creates movie sets.

[ QUOTE ]
My best friend growing up--his parents owned one of the first '55 T-birds, bought new at Cortese Ford in Richmond, CA. He couldn't remember why the headlight rings were chrome but he said it came that way.

A friend who used to do Thunderbird restorations told me (so take it for what it's worth) that the first 100 cars off the line had those chome headlight rings, and it essentially triples their value.

[b]About a week and a half ago my computer crashed and took everything with it. Luckily I have almost everything backed up on disc - but I've lost my numbering system as to what was posted - If I wind up duplicating anything I apologize - but here goes! (Anyone have a good photo enlarger download site?)

If you're using Windows XP, Microsoft has a great batch photo resizer amongst their "Power Toys."

When I was growingup my grandparents had a pedal car just like that one for all the grandkids to play with.
I wanted to get it to restore after I grew up but it had disapeared!
