Yep, it's a RAIII with a RAIV intake, and the 12-bolt was not available on the 69 GTO. Also appears to be some rear end damage, as the left rear 1/4 panel seems to be pinched against the bumper. And the guy gets several whacks on the head for using one of those darn Buick air cleaner decals.
