This is a rear antenna car so the hole in the cowl for a front antenna is plugged.

There has been discussion on if the floor plugs were put in before or after paint. These were in when the car was painted. They look galvanized. The paint on the bottom side flakes off easily so it is easy to see why some thing they weren't painted because it probably came off in the weather very easily.
