My inner Debbie Downer remembers a friend that put one of these in his backyard . . . . until the Home Owners Association classified it as a derelict, unlicensed vehicle (because of the two axles!) and demanded that it be removed. Hopefully, you have no HOA!

Nope, no hoa, but we do have a Historical Commission, and have to get permission to make any changes to the building visible from the outside. So far, no issues. The wagon is part of "landscaping" so does not apply. However we did tell the Commission about it, and they love the idea. After all, this place was originally a Livery Stable.

I agree. I bought some auger stakes to chain it to the ground. Also, once we have fencing up, there will be no opening large enough to remove it.
