Greg, doubt there are any tags, if they are similar to the coil spring type tags, long gone. I will bead blast on or both of shocks and see if I can get a P/N off them. The shafts were rusted, but the gray bodies look to be intact, if the p/n's are on that, I should be able to get them. thanks
