My bidder # was 1003 - and I wasn't the last. There were probably several hundred more spectators. It was a zoo.
64 GTO conv., correct tri power but wrong VIN, POP, rusty but good resto candidate: $25k 67 Vette roadster purported to be 427, with NOM 427 tripower beside car, bent frame?, rough project $20k (this was first car sold and was probably the only "buy" of auction if you indeed found a BB tank sticker) 53 Vette in a basket, rough project, 90% complete, $48.4k 57 Vette fulie? car, NOM engine, complete, best looking car there, might drive with a little TLC $31.9k All prices reflect the 10% buyers premium. Parts (lots) went pretty high. I didn't stay for the NOS vette stuff. Dave |
