Yes, the one you posted pics of is definitely a repro, you can see this by the lack of the large "stepped" flange where the snorkel attaches... a true 69 one has a smooth bottom. And while we're picking nits, that's a fan shroud decal on the air cleaner, it should have either a factory style 427 crossed flag decal or nothing at all from the originals I've seen.
