Header Help
Does anyone know a manufacturer that used "AH" and 2 numbers after the "AH"? I have found a pair and the person says they are not CH but AHxx. Any help would be appreciated as I have looked and came up empty.

No one?
BTW they appear to be equal length but hard to know for sure from the photos and were white. Last edited by cook_dw; 05-10-2019 at 05:49 PM. |

Maybe Appliance Headers? Check in w/ Member Fast67VelleN20 as he mentioned having an Appliance listing in this past thread also are the collectors welded as Scuncio noted? https://www.yenko.net/forum/showthread.php?p=1260950 ~ Pete .

Sorry I should have given more info. One piece head flange, 3 bolt collector ring welded, unique header tube bends and were originally (as far as I can tell) white. Once I get them in my possession I'll share photos. I do not think these are Appliance Headers. The Stamped part number is definitely AHxx .

I'll try to find out the header manufacturer for the headers once you can confirm the numbers after the AHxx. Don.

Another to research may be Alphabet Headers who used to make pipes for Motorcycles and off road applications, maybe cars too? Don't know why I didn't think of them earlier as there's an old Alphabet decal on my toolbox from the 70's...can't remember when I got it but probably came w/ a set race sled pipes? ~ Pete .

They look like old Cyclone or Casler headers. I used to have a set on my square body GMC short box , before they rotted out and were replaced by Headman.
They are not Appliance, that manufacturer used individual flanges and 4 hole collector flanges. Later issue Appliance had 4 hole rotating flanges before the company evolved into Blackjack headers. |
