New Castle PA?

Been out of the Pgh area for sometime now, was wondering if they still do the big cruise up there in New Castle?

About 10 years ago it got pretty wild with a few people doing dual burnouts on a three lane road. Seem to remember a red 71/72 Chevelle and an infamous yellow 57 Chevy (Project X clone) going at it.
