Default Indianapolis area home for sale

Not sure if this is the appropriate place to post this, but I'll give it a try. Moderators - If you have a better location for this post, please move it and PM me.

Thanks, Blair

Career change will be moving me back to Wisconsin. Therefore, I will be selling my home in the Indianapolis area (Cicero, IN).

Just a heads up to the members and patrons of this board. Home is 4 BR, 4BA, LR w/g-nfp, GR, DR, KT, Den, full basement, about 3,000 sq ft and was built in 2003.

Now for the important stuff... 4.5 car finished attached garage and 30x50 finished heated shop with running water. 3 acre lot in nice rural setting, yet only 30 minutes to the city.

Home is turnkey and will be available very shortly. I'm looking for $380,000 and will provide MLS information next week, unless someone is interested.

I can be reached via PM on this board or at my home 317-984-9209.

Thanks,

Blair

All that house and 3 acres, wow. My wife spent close to that amount updating our house over the last few years and we are so close to our neighbors I can hear their thoughts.

$380,000 for all that?! I need to get out of here, that would only get me a down payment on a nice empty lot.
