Default Who's ride is this doing a smoky burnout???

OMG! What a laugh I got when I saw this. Is this one of those new ultra rare COPO One Seaters?

I saw this car at SEMA a couple years ago. They claimed it ran in the 12's. It has so much weight down low, because of the batteries, that it won't tip over to easy. I can't find the "THIS CAR SUCKS" sign!!
