Default 1965 Mustang 2 door coupe

1965 Mustang
289/225 HP V8 (original)
Automatic (original)
Dual Exhaust
Pony Interior, Black (restored to original)
Springtime Yellow Paint (original color)

Engine:

Rebuilt to factory specs by Indian Creek Automotive last year, has 1500 miles on it. Engine runs strong with plenty of power. Restored and painted to stock specs including valve covers, and air filter assembly.
3k spent on rebuild.

New coil, rebuilt carb., (original) 2 barell with auto choke, new radiator, fan shroud, new plug wires, relay switch, new battery, new starter.
New dual exhaust added by Boise Muffler. Stock was a single exhaust. Dual increases performance and gets 20 mpg.
$1,500 spent on the above.

Transmission:

Rebuilt and automatic shifts perfectly. Original transmission.
$1,500 spent on rebuild.

Interior:

Deluxe Pony Interior. New and in black per the way the car was. Windows, heater, defrost, vents, all work as they should. Needs new rear package tray (10 bucks) as I took out the not stock rear 6x9 speakers. New front speakers and rebuilt original AM radio.
$1,500 spent on the above

Exterior Body and Paint:

Is the original color in "Spring Time Yellow". It is a driver quality paint job or as some would say a "twenty footer". Some small bubbles above the paint only in a few small areas above the rear wheel well. Some minor rock chips here and there. Front valance had a minor repair but is presentable.

Overall:

This is a true original restored 1965 Pony. Restored to stock specs and appearance. It is a solid car with no rust in the floors, trunk, only where I mentioned. It drives very well and handles great. Strong engine, smooth shifting, tight straight manual steering, very good manual braking. Only selling because we are building a new home.

$12,500

Nada shows:

$11,475 (low)
$24,435 (average)
$37,530 (high)
