Original take offs from original BB 1970 cars decades ago,and set on a shelf.Part #3969829.
Each has part number stamped into it,(one upside down),and the 1970 specific small fuel bracket hole as well.
Choose from original 39 year old orange paint,or bare steel.

A few have asked what exactly was the original purpose of the added wire support hole for 1970.Here's an explanation..

No..but it briefly went by #3967498,before being discontinued.
I would think you could make one out of a coat hanger though.
