Anybody know what this tire might have been used on, and what year:

UNOC 51

'65-'67 Corvettes used the 7.75-15 Goodyear Power Cushion, but that was prior to the DOT regulation for tire identification, which started in 1968. That one has the DOT marking with the proprietary Goodyear code, so it was made between 1968 and April, 1971. The DOT-mandated standard identification format started in May, 1971.

Could either of you gentlemen hazard a guess at what a driver quality '65 fuelie hardtop with all matching numbers but no paper docs would be worth in today's market? it was built a black car with outside exhausts - it is now a different colour - 15 year-old re-paint. I was told there is some kind of specific stamping on the f.i. unit that is significant that is there on this car - apparently identified as present by a NCRS member. I have a few pics of the car. If you can help please PM me...time is of the essence unfortunately - thank you in advance.
