Default Anyone know of this L34 car?

Hello all,

Well I just closed on my new house... that has a 2 car garage! Never had a garage. So now I can start looking for a Nova. I would love my dream car, an L78 or L34 car with 4sp transmission with born with engine / trans /rear etc. A documented care would be my preference... Once I buy it I plan on keeping it for good. Only thing is, I'm not sure what such a car goes for. My other option is to find a L48 car and then sell it and buy a L78 or L34 in the future.

I saw this car on e-bay and was wondering what you guys think of it. One thing is for sue, I will not buy a car without the approval of this forum. It seems there are too many phoney cars out there and I don't want to become a victim in the excitement of finding a car. Thanks in advance.

Pete

Pete,
Welcome to the forum. I'm sure that many of the 68-70 Nova enthusiasts here will offer their helpful opinions on cars you may find for sale.

What a refreshing note that youve actually signed YOUR NAME to your thread. I'd much rather call you Pete than yenko-nova

If time and budget allows you should come to Carlisle and meet those members displaying their cars.

regards,

I'm guessing it is this '70 Sunflower Yellow L34.

Sorry, forgot to include the link for the car from e-bay. Yes Mockingbird812, that is the car I was looking at. Although its an auto, still is very nice and very neat color. I am much too afraid to bid on a car on e-bay without this forums help.

Albert,

I just purchased a home in Randolph, NJ. I previously lived in Lodi. Gotta paint the garage to make it a suitable home for the Nova!!!

If you guys ever have a get together or cruise, I would love to go...but won't have a car to bring yet Unless my Ford Escape or Dodge Caravan can substitute as a muscle car. My hopes are to start looking for a Nova and have one in the next 6-8 months. I can cruise with with you all next summer!

Pete
