Default Engine mount question

I noticed while looking at the photos of the purple Caprice Survivor that it has the engine mount "limiters" to protect the mount from seperating and the engine lifting. My survivor 67 Impala SS396 has the same setup.

When were these added??, or are they an assembly line deal??

Can you post a photo?
There is the type that has a cable that goes around the manifold or on a bracket attached to the manifold.

Then there is one which I thought was an assembly line piece for late 1969 only. (there is an extensive list of documentation and photos on the CRG site of these mounts)

I have a copy of a GM/Chevrolet recall letter from 1971 to add the stop lift cables.

The cable was the type added at the dealer, it really is a band aid on an arterial wound!
