Default 14X7 STEEL WHEELS

I HAVE A FREIND THAT HAS A 1969 NOVA SS 350 IT HAS ALL 4 WHEELS PLUS THE SPAIR ALL DATED TO THE CAR BUT ARE CODED " IF " NOT XT WHERE SMALL BLOCK CARS DIFFERANT THAN THE BIG BLOCK CARS AS FAR AS THE WHEEL CODE ? <font color="blue"> </font>

I don't think it was a small block vs. big block thing. More it likely was a matter of supply. There are some known 69 Camaros that came with "IF" wheels and have them on the build sheet, but I think that was mainly a Van Nuys/L.A. thing. Both wheels were built off of the same blueprint anyway.
