2010 CLEVELAND AUTO RAMA PICTURES
Went to the Cleveland Auto Rama Show last night. The Northern Ohio Chevelle Club put together another cool display this year. Their theme was a car wash. One of the members was actually able to acquire some actual old car wash pieces from a defunct car wash.
There is a unrestored 70 Chevelle going into the start of the wash and a restored, shiny 70 Chevelle coming out the other end.. Pretty clever idea.. Enjoy the pics... I will be posting more later. Rich  My Buddy's 70 Chevelle SS that I had previously posted pictures on, putting the body on the frame. The car is all done and came out great!!      Another friend's Chevelle. This thing is bad a$$. It has an injected 502 crate motor in it. The numbers match 283 motor for this car is in another friend's garage two streets away from where the owner of this car lives    This wagon was awesome!! All day 2. Was in the Chevelle display as well..  The slick on here is an old Racemaster from 1970. The owner told me that he has had them for years and they are in great shape.   My friend's 68 Velle, Just had it re-painted.. True SS 138 car..   Rear, entrance to the car wash..  Car wash building itself and a HEADLIGHT SHOT FOR SAM GRIFFITH!!!!  The end, exit of the wash...   The item next to the old washer is a car vacuum from the defunct wash..  The In Line Tube 442, Very Nicely Done!!      The local Corvette guys put together this theme...    BATMOBLIE.. This thing was weird..  I picked up this cool old Midwest Speed parts catalog from 1969 at the swap meet from a vendor...  This is another cool piece I picked up from a swap meet vendor..

Some more photos from today.. Met up with Grady (1969grb) and Mike (M22Mike) and Big Steve (68l30). Mike is going to post more pics.. on this thread..
Anyone recognize these two individuals without looking at the name banner in the background???? They were there signing autographs along with "Joanie" Erin Moran. The Happy Days/Laverne and Shirley Reunion...

Wow, some cool cars there. Love the Red/Black '69 velle - sure would look nice next to mine. Thanks for the shots guys and thanks for the hi-beam, um-er headlight shot Rich!

one of my distant cousins in Louisville had a red 375 exactly like that, but his was a bench seat, that looks like buckets though.. my whole family is from there, St Matthews and Anchorage, and I was born there, we/they used to hit a drive in eatery over by the zoo every weekend, I spent about every weekend in that car in the summer of '70... what are the odd's.. his brother (my other cousin) had an Eliminator Cougar..

Awesome build, would fit well next to a certain 55 Chevy
 Check out the innercooler mounted to the passenger side dash.        One more of this beauty, that "Big" guy kept following us around all day   I had a hard time with Rich..bugged us all day for a ride on this thing...Kid's  It was good day with some cool friends, Cruizen season is comming...
