For Sale ads/shipping

Please let me know if I'm way off base here, and trust me, I'm not loosing any sleep over this. This is concerning the for sale ads here on SYC. Why would anyone post an ad on the internet, which is obviously read all over the USA/Canada, and then refuse to ship it!! I see this all the time. I've been interested in some of these parts, but then I say to myself. If he ain't shippin it, I ain't buyin it!! It seems to me, with all the new rules around here, the one I'd like to see is: If you're not interested in shipping it, we're not interested in seeing the ad. OK, I'm coming down off my soap box now.
