Are any memebers from the Neosho, MO area?? That could give me some advise on the area?

Im looking at an investment house in town and would actually be trading some of my cars for it.

Just curious if there is money in that area or how the housing market was before the calapse and how it is currently?

Very nice high end home replacement cost on the house would be about 1.5 mil and asking price is around $850k today.

Just curious if homes sell for that in the area or if there are buyers? and any info on a TOP real estate agent to contact would be great!

And just any general info you can give me on the area.

I was there last weekend to pick up a LS6 Chevelle. Actually the outskirts of Newton County where Neosho is in. Seemed a really nice area.Not sure what houses are going for.
