Default RESTOREING 69 CAMARO STEERING COLUMN

what shade of black paint would be correct GLOSS or SATAN any sugestions on a brand that matches the best ?

Try some Rattle can products like Krylon or Rustoleum, for example. For a few dolars get a variety and spray some test panels and match it to the column. Just MO. Gets to be time consuming and expensive at the paint store when you try to match everything exactly.

I used Rustoleum 777 with a clear coat on my metal dash and column. 3 coats of 777 wet sanded and 2 coats of clear. Nice sheen without being glossy. Compared well when compared to an original laquer part.
