LS7 engine eBay wiw

I am seriously considering this:

thinking about building a '70 Chevelle or Camaro around it. Is this a good price/piece? Anyone here have a more complete LS7 engine? I would install aluminum heads of course. It's basically a 454 L88 yes?? thanks for answers and any direction i can get.
