1970 Dual Snorkel Air Cleaner L78 396/375 LS6 454

This is a factory original air cleaner for 70 Camaros, Nova and Chevelles(w/O cowl induction) with the L78 396/375HP engine. It is also correct for 70 Chevelles with the LS6 454/450HP engine without cowl induction.

This air cleaner is in excellent original condition. It has been in cool, dry storage since the 80's. I stripped it to bare metal to show its true excellent condition. I also took before pictures before stripping it. The vent tube has been removed as shown and the PCV clips are missing. There is also light pitting on the inside at the rear of the air cleaner, nothing that primer won't easily cover. The snorkels are super nice as shown. The lid was rechromed at some point. It shines well and should be replaced for a show car as it is a bit rippley. I decided to offer it here in bare metal since I know alot of guys(including myself) would rather see the true condition of a part and restore it to their own standards.

I posted the air cleaner on Ebay as well. I can make someone a better deal through this site than Ebay for obvious reasons.
