Default Smog setup ID for small block?

Need help id'ing this smog setup for sbc. Diverter valve is 7034475 stamped BT. Tower clamps are dated January of 1968. Pump has white fan and casting number 7801149. Date stamp is 06881Y. Pulley has no part number and is not deep groove. Any help is appreciated.

2 mufflers? Never seen one like that.
Pump is dated 68th day of 68.

The 1968 3927116 pulley is stamped on the side facing the pump.

I pulled a pump out of a 68 van once that had 2 mufflers on it. It was a 6 cylinder. Maybe that came out of a van with a V-8.
