Default Bank of America steals this guys Challenger

Can you imagine how pissed off each one of us would be if we were in this situation?

It reads like the contractor hired by BofA may have stolen it?

I hope he gets the car back & that some crook gets jail time. Shame on you bank of America for not properly disclosing all of the proper info so he can retrieve his car back...

BofA is doing what any big corporation would do: Go silent until any or all of the legal liabilities can be blocked and/or a lesser settlement can be reached. Sounds like their contractor swiped the car and it will take time to get it back, unless it's been (illegally) sold on by the contractor or parted-out already. Maybe the contractor is holding the car in lieu of money owed to them by BofA? Time will tell.
