I wouldn't restore that car; I would freshen up the motor as needed, plop it back in the car and drive the crap out of it.

I emailed the guy to get a closer pic of the protecto plate to verify the codes, stamp dates etc
His response was - what for? He may be hiding something or does not know how to verify some info??? Be careful i would say Neat car if its real

It doesn't look like any of the drivetrain data is on the protect-o-plate, like a second owner protect-o-plate? Odd for an original owner car.

Same week as my car, engine 3 days later. My car at 12,770 miles has no signs of pbt stampings. Saw alot of firewall taking out heater core last night lol
