Let me help you with this one. The bumper jack you have is 1964 Impala, Belair, Biscayne only. Chevrolet started in 1964 stamping the exact vehicle the hook fit into it. The only hook that does not follow that rule is the 1968 Chevy II hook which fits the 68-72 ChevyII/Nova. I have also pulled 71 Chevelle stamped hooks out of 72 Chevelles before, but there are some 72 Chevelle stamped hooks out there.

Thanks Brian for the info. I did match up the load rest to the bumper's on the Nova and it looked correct to me.
