Love it!
Kudos to Bruce N. for all his efforts, certainly well deserving to be the man that wears the star!
Looks like a Trico wiper station in the garbage pit, too new an era to save/reuse here?

Hi Rick,

I think I saw that in the 'after' pics, but pardon my ignorance....what purpose does that serve? Don't think I've ever seen one before.

You could get a drink of water from a sink faucet,w/o having to cup your hands.
Some sodapop vending machines had them as an option on their sides as well.

Sweet! Well done; I applaud his efforts.

We were driving through Michigan's Upper Pennisula the other day and saw a dilapidated old gas station and I had the thought that it would be a cool place to work on/store old cars.

BTW - he mentioned the old fuel oil tank. Somehow every time I purchase a property I end up with an old fuel oil tank to be gotten rid of!~

Interesting, but I have to say, I don't think I've ever been in a service station restroom where I would feel comfortable drinking out of the sink
