Any one have a picture of the throttle set up on a Cross Ram? Need picks of the peddle set-up inside car and where and how it goes through the firewall.

From what I know....the CrossRam throttle setup was like a 6cyl Nova or Camaro except the cable through the firewall was longer and hooked up to a bracket in the middle of the intake. One of the old Ricks First Gen catalogues had the whole entire setup listed for a 69 CrossRam Z. It wasn't hard linkage. The pedal should just be like a standard 6 cyl Camaro Nova type where the cable comes through the pedal and has a plastic bushing that then snaps into the hole on the pedal bracket. As far as all the linkage is concerned with the carbs on the intake...not sure.

Fom what i have seen, from the firewall to the gas pedal, the setup is basically the same as a 6 cyl.setup and it comes out thru the same hole in the firewall. The one difference I have seen is the gas pedal arm on the crossram setup being gusseted and slightly different on the geometry/length of the arm that connects to the cable...(but probably negligible on a sreet car). The assembly manual shows the 6 cyl setup. It is fairly basic. Good luck..and post some pics what your building !!

Thanks all for the info. The linkage is inside the car {6 cylinder} and the cable goes through firewall and hooks into linkage..right?? I will post pictures of what I'm working on. Just had surgery and am a one arm paper hanger for a few more days.
