Default NOS Hurst Ram Rod Shifter Setup for Muncie & T10

NOS never used in the box with all instructions and hardware. This comes with parts to install on a Muncie or a Borg Warner T10 4 speed transmissions. This even has the sticker for the dash with the pattern. Part number 410 0003. This setup is perfect with no issues. $1400 shipped or make an offer. I'm building a home!

That thing will take some pounding.

What are the extra levers? Is the two finger knob a reverse lockout and or what is the black knob???

The black knob on the handle is reverse. The two finger trigger is the lockout to pull up into first gear.

So the two finger trigger prevents you from going from second gear back into first gear?

Yes and no. Going from second back up only puts you into 3rd gear. The trigger allows you to go into first gear from neutral or go into second gear from neutral.

The trigger is spring loaded and locks out the 1-2 gate when you push back up into 3rd.

Ok.

Have seen these before just never asked how they function.

For regular driving, (slow shifting), you pull up on the trigger to shift into 2nd. To get
the 3rd and 4th shift, just push forward and back without using the trigger.
The only time you will use the trigger when speed shifting is to put the shifter into 1st.
There is no need to touch the trigger for the rest of the upshifts.
If you are in 4th gear and want to down shift to 2nd, move the shifter to neutral, pull up
on the trigger and pull the shifter back to the same spot.
