Default Two-tone paint Nova

Hello all of ya!
A newbie in this forum is posting a question.
I am rebuilding a -69 Nova, but there is some strange chrome trim on the roofline.
Was there a option or is it some aftermarket stuff mounted on the car.
Paint code sais it should be the same paint on the top as the rest of it.
The trim has no no holes drilled on the inside towards the back window as it probably would be if it had a vinyl top.
And the trim is too short too.

Thankyou x Baldwin Motion!
That looks like it is the same trim as used for the vinyl top.
I purchased the car in -87, back then it had a two tone paint.
Blue with a black top.
