Remember that Buddy of mine looking for a T Roadster?

What do you guys think of this for 11k?

Thoughts? I don't know enough about these cars to advise him. He wants a rod like this, but is not "I have to have this car". At 11k, paint would be another 4 at least a and then some custom, he would be at 18-20, or am I wrong?
