I was looking at a 69 Camaro yesterday and the owner had claimed that his brother has a numbers matching 123 VIN V8 1969 Camaro.
I have never heard of this happening - is there any truth to it being possible to have a 123 VIN V8 car? |

I bought a dirt cheap 113.. 1966 Chevy II 2dr sedan project car a week ago. A 3 as the third digit in the VIN means L6 and a 4 would have been a V8.
The seller said it was a factory 327 car and that the 327 he had on a pallet was original to the car.

What/where is the documented X11 Z/28? Are pics or docs here? I learned long ago, never say never, especially when it comes to cars. I have seen some weird stuff come off the hauler and have factory ordered some weirdos, too. I am interested in that Z and the COPO with the conv. VIN.

I had a 1969 Camaro SS 350 4sp with an x-22 and 6-7 tach. I bought the car from the original owners. Son's car, died in 1971, never touched since then. Both parents cried when they signed the title off after all those years. 100% orig. I had a couple Camaro gurus come over when I brought it home. Untouched car.

the x-11 Z has been at some car shows near here(bucks county, pa) in the past years. It is documented by Jerry M. and is known on the CRG database. |
