Default 1970/71 Mopar Tuff Wheel Leather horn button

1971 Tuff Wheel center cap horn button. This is the ultra-rare, padded center cap that was used in the late 1970 and 1971 model years for the Tuff Grip Steering wheel on Dodge and Plymouth muscle cars.

In 1972 Chrysler discontinued this style cap and used a plastic horn button instead.

It is in very good condition. The spring steel "teeth" that hold it in place on the steering wheel are all intact except for one missing tooth. The chrome along the back edge has a few spots where it has started to peel. The padded/stitched leather-like material is in very good shape. I purposely did not slather on the armor-all so you could see its actual condition. (I'd rather over describe any faults than have someone disappointed when it arrives). $200 plus shipping.
