Have a semi dissembled 70 ctx short block taken out over 30 yrs ago pad reads T0331CTX with a vin of what looks like 1c1548** crank, rods, pistons, balancer timing cover, virgin block never decked.. asking$800.

Scott...CTX code would indicate Camaro, Nova or Chevelle..402/350hp/4spd. application...seems like you are missing one letter/digit though.

eg; Nova VIN stamp would read...10Wxxxxxx

At least that is my understanding...fair price for those items.

Steel crank??

yes i believe its a steel crank,the vin i believe is a canadian car as it starts with 1c154??
