Default Polyglas decode


Anyone able to decode what year these are also share an idea of value, #'s noted below.
G/Y RWL Polyglas F70x14, decent wear/look good but one has cracking between treads.

DOT CYLD B5KL074 = Looks like a modern day McCreary reproduction dated 1994.
The other looks to be vintage,but it's date I'm uncertain.
