Does anyone know the story of the Mountain Green '67 Z on ebay currently?

Ad says:
"It retains its original trim tag with the 4L Z-28 codes that have never been removed from the car!" Those tag rivets don't look original. I know in 69 the rivets were hollow, and believe they were in 67 as well. Yes, I also realize if they had installed those rivets correctly, they would be hollow. Have a hared time believing the tag has not been off the car. Would like to hear from the real tag experts. Kurt?

That tag might have been removed for restoration purposes, such as rust under the tag. But if the tag is taken off, it needs to be documented or people may suspect fake or re-body. Looks like a nice car at a good price, and honest description of NOM.

I agree on both counts. There are times it might have to come off. I have no problem with that. Take before and after pics. How hard is that?
Tag date lines up well with the vin so it may be original to the car.
