Default Build sheet, station location?

The attached partial build sheet was found in a friends recently acquired W30 convertible. From some of the numbers it appears to be from a final sssembly area. We are cusious as to what the "30" could stand for and have reuled out W30 as we feel thats what it would ahve shown. Also it looks like it could have been a station number or like in the newspaper buisiness "30" means end of story. Does anybody have insights from other GM plants if this could be the station number or inspection number or tape that attached to the car somewhere.
